Fantastic value for money. Great location in a quiet, safe area a short walk from the JR station with convenience stores and restaurants in easy reach. Comfortable, clean facilities and helpful, friendly staff. Always my first choice for a budget trip to Tokyo.

Felt super comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.
